load templete file at start-up instead of misc. drawing file

does anyone know how to set civil 3d 2012 to automatically load your templete file at start-up instead of a misc. drawing file with no styles or anything.

Your question doesn't have anything to do with loading a template at startup. You'd be better off starting a new thread rather than a posting to a 2 year old thread on another topic.

See if this helps: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D-General/Import-Civil-3D-Styles/m-p/3660238/highlight/...

Please start a new Post for new topics like this and someone will be glad to help.

This way when others have the same issue or question the topic can also be easily searched.

You don't need to delete the post. Only the Admin can do that. Post are left so people with similar problems can search and find out if it's already been solved by others. We just want to encourage people to start a new thread rather than tacking a poorly related subject on an old post (necro-posting).

Thanks.
