Yes Joe. Weird stuff indeed. I just duplicated what Dave and Murph did with no problems. It's probably because you Lawn-guy-land people have your own SP system.

Have you tried starting with and OOTB Template? Other than that I'm thinking a repair. You definitely have an issue unique to your own situation. BTW Is it possible that your firewall is blocking the connection?

I just noticed. In the Live Maps image that over the building near the center or the image, shaped like a truncated V, it says Appalachian Mountains. Smiley LOL That's our County office building directly to the east of the building I work in and I don't work in the Mountains!

I was working on a map of my home town in Steuben Co. and get the same thing in the middle of the map, zoom and pan and it pops back up. That area is closer to the Adirondacks than the Appalachians. Most be a Bing error.

Joe,

I tried it with your _A-CEA-_AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 (Imperial) NCS Extended 1.1 template you sent me a year ago and had no problems. I just don't know what's going on. maybe time to start a Support Request.

I have, and was told 2014 is problematic. You all seem to be getting along swimingly though. They said it all fixed in 2015, but I cant get it to work in either for my local.

I am going to reopen it

One last try, toggle hardware acceleration on/off a few times and see if that displays them.

Here's a post from Alfred Neswadba on the Map 3D Forum that might help:
