MSLTSCALE is NOT a per-object setting. A bit of reading up on LTSCALE and
related settings may well be in order.

Set it to zero if you do not want the lines to scale set it to 1 if you want
them to scale as per the annotation scale.

Command MSLTSCALE works but may I ask how the scale works? cause when I do
this, the dimension changes for sll lines I apply it to.
