LDD / Civil 3d Message

Why does this display in LDD? The drawing was opened and saved in Civil 3d. (2005 all around). We have another computer that doesn't present this same info for this drawing. The only difference is XP Home vs 2000.

AecDispRepMgr: no views drew for from set Plan
Viewport = [AcDbViewport 24EFB]

ran across this answer on another board....not really an answer, but might remove the annoyance. "A: Those are diagnostic messages saying that there is no display representation turned on for a particular object in the current view set for the current viewport. You can turn off these diagnostic messages by unchecking "Display Management System" in the AEC Editor tab of the Options dialog."
