Layer properties manager - cannot create new layer
I cannot create a new layer in the layer properties manager. For some reason this button is disabled. The new layer VP freeze is also disabled. Is there a lock feature that somehow got turned on?
I am able to switch to the classic view by using layerdlgmode and I can add a new layer here. But you have to close or ok to go back to the drawing. I can also add a new layer with the command prompt.
I am also having this problem now. I am on ACADE 2019 and I had just added the invisible wire block WD_M which created a whole bunch of layers automatically and I also had been messing with layer filters. I don't know if either of those things caused the buttons to be disabled though.
