Layer problem

When i select different objects in a drawing, the layer stays the same in the Layers Properties Manager box, even though they are on different layers.   I can select different layers manually from the Manager box.  I'm thinking some setting got inadvertantly changed.

I don't think there is a setting for this. I would try a repair and I would try to make sure I had a cetified video card driver.

Do you have PICKFIRST = 1?

Thank you Sinc!  I never heard of pickfirst & don't know how it got changed, but it works.
