I am trying to import points in decimal degrees latitude and longitude. I created a custom point format with point number, declat, declong, point elevation, raw description. I also have my coordinates set to WV-N. However, the point file format is not working. What is likely the problem? I have attached the *.csv for reference.
Perhaps a better idea of NOT Working would help. What I did was use your data but I changed it somewhat. I never like to use Excel cvs files. I always use a Notepad.txt file. I never know if Excel is putting some mysterious info in there.
I will attach my .txt file which I might add is also comma delimited.
