I have been readings a few old posts on the performance of laptops running older versions of C3D. I'd like to convert from my workstation as it would be handy to have access to C3D in the field. In the office i can connect it to a larger screen to work, so screen size on the laptop can be small.
I need a laptop that is lightweight due to baggage restrictions (less than 3 kg (7lbs)) but haven't a clue if there is a laptop on the market that has high RAM, good video card and processor and is durable. I tend to bash my laptops a bit.
Any ideas or suggestions of models that can run C3D 2013 smoothly?
