LaneSuperelevationAOR subassembly area fill

Windows 7 64 C3D 2014 with HF1

Roundabout Corridor using LaneSuperelevationAOR subassembly for lanes.

In the corridor applied code set, link code Pave has a material area fill style (named Pave - applies solid hatch fill).

But...

No fill appears (no hatch is created).

Why?

DWG: http://a360.co/18uz2nG

was just too large to attach (2.1mb)

Thx .. Kevin.

the link code render material style is also not recognised

In your code set style, if you set link code Pave1 to the Pave material it works, though it needs some tweaking.

Right....That's for L2 though..

Why doesn't it work for Top or Pave for L1?

Lisa .. I did not try that .. I was hoping to get the top link code (other than generic Top code for distinct fills and renders)

I agree with Ernst, unless we both missed something.

Isnt Pave1 the next link down (L2)? One depth below Pave...

Although .. I could probably set the first depth to something like 0.00000000001 then use Pave1 as the top code in the subassembly ... is this the tweak?

No. There should be no "tweaks". Good Lord. Lets be rigorous. We are Engineers.

Fred! your sentence has made my day ... and its only 6h23am here at the moment ..I want to use that phrase as my new signature it says it all ...

Good Lord. Lets be rigorous. We are Engineers.

Did you say this off the cuff .. straight out ? I love this..

I wish it applied to EVERY function in Civil 3D .. it should be a poster on the walls of C3D developers.

I was trying to sound more English in rigor...The English sound so much better than we here in the US typically I must say....

Im not sure why were still dealing with this on the civil side - but it starts with the ground and that's been complete left out
