Land XML Stops Working

I have Civil 3D 2005 and Land Desktop 2005
installed on my machine. I tried to use Land XML to import in some information
that I exported with Civil 3D, but Land XML doesn't work anymore. I get a
dialogue box saying "Error initializing." There are at least 2 other machines
that have Civil 3D 2006 and Land Desktop 2005 and they have the same instance
when trying to import Land XML.

Has anyone experienced this, and if so is there a
fix?

TIA,

Hold it there "Andy".  Does it not say Jones
& Boyd, Inc. at the bottom.

Tim,

Do you know the install order for the products?

Land Desktop needs to be installed and service packed before Civil 3D is
installed.

I've seen stranger things happen where the LandXML import of Land was
referencing registry keys in Civil 3D.

I'm sure Land Desktop was installed before Civil 3D, but I still wouldn't
put it past it being a registry key problem.

Thanks,

Yes, it does. I just don't have a solution either.
