Labeling the elevation of Horizontal Geometry Points

I am having trouble finding a way to label the elevation of the horizontal geometry points in plan view of my plan/profile sheets. Is there any easy way to do this? Attached is an example of what I'm looking to do.

you can add vertical geometry point to alignment labels.

Add a Profile Reference Text component to the Geometry Label style. It won't
automatically fill the label when created, because you will need to specify
which profile to use. But once done it will auto-adjust when changes are
made to the profile.
