Label Style Composer dialog box

I am trying to add tick marks to my centerline stationing in ACAD Civil 3D-2013.  I can't seem to find the Label Style Composer dialog box.  Can someone tell me where I can find it?

Are you setting up some Alignment "Station" label styles which are unavailable?

Or are you just wanting to add the labels & ticks to the alignment and are unsure of process to add them but know the ticks are in your drawing?

Thanks...that seems to be working.  It's not easy going from 2009 to 2013 without any training.
