Just installed SP1 and now the drawing view blinks when panning

The only part that blinks is the drawing area, the toolbars, etc. are fine.

When I zoom in or out with the mouse wheel, it acts like an old tv where the flickers happen more and appears as though a couple thick horizontal bars moving down the screen.

Any help is appreciated.

***Correction, it happens when I just move the cursor***

I was having similar problems.  Technical Solution TS15851876 worked for me and simply involves toggling the hardware acceleration in your video settings off and then back on.

@i2dvu, type in 3DCONFIG at the command line and hit ENTER.  In the dialog box that appears you should see the option to toggle the hardware acceleration on or off (assuming your graphics card allows it).
