I have two axes "A" and "B" and i search haw can I combined them into a single axis "C"

It still isn't clear what you mean by "combine axis". Are you trying to flatten a 3D model?

I think you mean to join two separate alignments resulting in one alignment.
And I'm almost sure it's not possible to.
Axes are something like this:
