Is the AutoCAD Map included in the AutoCAD Civil 3D?

If so, how can I switch to it from the AutoCAD civil 3D?

From File select map2d.dwt file or 3d as you want

Select Planning and Analysis (in your screenshot)

neilyj (No connection with Autodesk other than using the products in the real world)
