Inverts on structure labels

So I am watching the webcast on pipes and notice on their drawing they have invert in and invert out on the structure label. When I go to structure>label styles>my style>text>contents and look through the pull down on the text component editor I don't see anything for invert. Now if I go to pipe>label styles>my style>text>contents and look through the pull down on the text component editor I see a start invert elevation and a end invert elevation. How did they get this information into the structure label.

They use a component in the Structue Style called Text for Each
It checks the structure and labels based on in and out of the
structure.

You should see it as a part of a default style in 2006 shipping
product.

Sweet. This is just what I was looking for.

The Text for each gives you three options, in pipes, out pipes, or both. At first i thought it was a one time deal in selecting what to label but then I fiddled with it and found that you can return here and select again. The first time I selected 'in pipes' and set up that style, then I selected 'out pipes' and set a slightly different style for those pipes. See pic.

How did you get the invert to label the direction?

The direction comes from a text component named ... "connecting pipe direction"

Are you trying to set up a structure label for within a band? if so, I
think the "text for each" option does not exist for labels within a band. I
don't have the full 2007 installed yet, so i can't be sure, but the beta did
not have it.

not in a band, just the structure label. i know how to manipulate the label to get it to read the way i want but i don't see an option to label the inverts. is this a 2007 feature? i was under the impression it was good for 2006. i don't know where the 'text for each' would be.

Select the "Layout" tab in the Label Composer. To the right of the component name there is a button for adding components tot he label. Press the button and choose "Text for Each" It's a text component specifically made for labeling information about the connecting pipes.
