I'm confused. Which lines are your edge of roadway, the white or the blue? What are the white lines?

You can still send what you have now, and I will make the intersection with the two original desired road widths for your reference.

Is the shoulder on the back side of your assembly? The widths do not match

I think your terminology is confusing me and others. You keep saying the edge of pavements do not match. You say the white lines are the edge of pavement. So the white lines in your screen capture all match. The intersection wizard has matched the white edges of pavement. That is how it is designed to work.

What does not match are the blue lines. I believe the blue lines represent the shoulders. Is that correct? I so then please make that clear when describing the linework as it defintely affects the diagnosis.

Right! And is the blue line the outer most edge of your shoulder? Because the image you are showing indicate the distance from the AOR sub an the blue line is greater than the AOR to blue in the curb return assemblies.

you haven't answered a very important question show us your return assemblies. By the way we have all been through what you are struggling with and I can sense your frustration but the use of all caps in your post can be off-putting as shouting at us.

We are trying to help

That drawing you gave me had no shoulder subassemblies??? So I put some in and changed the dittch from Basic to DaylightBasin2.

Anyway both roads have the same shoulder widths and ditch widths, but different EOP widths. You can see how the Wizard lines them all up for you:

So what were the mystery blue lines? Why were they different on the main road vs. the side road?

We'll never know... The drawing he gave me was changed like he said. The one I got had no Shoulders on any of the assemblies.

Here's the curb return assembly for example in the drawing he gave me:

I'll surmize that the original main road assembly and curb return assembly both had a shoulder width of "X" and the side road assembly had a shoulder width of "Y". This would account for the mismatching blue lines (shoulders).
