INTERSECTION XML ERROR

I did an intersection using the ootb assemble in the wizard. i then edited this assembly and gave each part new names. i saved this set up in the wizard. 

in another project i use this exl file selected the it from with in the intersection wizard. the outcome is as attached. i have extra crap as outlined in my attachment. how do i get rid of this. also the foot path is missing on the bends.
