Intersection Surface Error

My corridor surface randomly bounces from top links to bottom links through the intersections even though I specified top links only and my corridor is modelling correctly.

Previously I just deleted the surface and recreated it with no errors but it doesn't seem to work now. This happens with both manually created intersections and ones created with the intersection tool.

Any advice?

Do you mean top and bottom of curb? Unless the top and bottom links are added to the surface I don't think that should happen unless there is a top link in one of the sub-assemblies that is incorrectly labelled.

Any chance of a screenshot or autocad file?

Try turning on Overhang Correction for the Top Links.

Yes, overhang correction is on.

Here are some screen shots. its using one of the lane subassemblies so the coding wouldn't be off, plus it's fine in some areas and randomly down in the next.

I can fix the surface when I'm finished by deleting thos specific points but it's annoying for people who are referencing my surface currently.

Can you post it so we can tinker?

I put the dwg in my google docs. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4H9jigk_PNGY0RPZmdJQkZZM00/edit?usp=sharing

The inconcistencies occur at Fairview and Fairview court (cul de sac).

My mistake in my last post. The offset profile is fine. I must have moved it.

So did some more tinkering and the issue seemed to be with the subassembly on the left side of the "fairview half-right sw". Not sure what it was but when I remove that subassembly and replace with a generic width and slope link it seemed to work fine.

that profile is 5mm lower (2% @ 0.25m)

Is this half-street assemby correct with this overhang?

I made it look like your half-street assemblies in the drawing (without this overhang) and you can see how the intersection looks in the second image below.
