Hi Alex,
The prerequisite for the install of Civil 3D is that the same installation
type of Land Desktop needs to be installed and authorized first. That
meaning, if you have Land Desktop Civil Series 2004, you need the Civil 3D
CD called "Civil 3D for Civil Series"
