Installation Problem

Dear Sir,

1) The client installed the trial version.
2) After the purchase I un-installed the trial and installed the licensed copy.
3) Note that the trial version period was not bounced.
4) The installation was successful but the application is not opening at all.
5) Its giving the error messages "Common language runtime debugging services error".

The system details as below:

OS: MS Win xp Professional 2002 Sp: 2, v.2096
IE: 6 sp.2
Virus scan: Mcafee Virus Scan Enterprise Ver 8.0i

Note: While installation I turned off all the virus scann off.

Please help as early as possible. The client is not able to work.

You may not get much support here on Saturday. I will try to help. Did you
clean out the registry after un-installation of Trial and before installing
new version? If you did not, I would suggest that you check out Scott
McEachron's "Civil 3D-Paving the Way" and follow his Clean Uninstall methods
here:

Dear Sir,
I found it unable to download the "Civil 3D-Paving the Way" can you please help me get it.
I once cleared all the registry values and also deleted the files at the installed path.
I also installed the .net 1.1 also.
