Install error for civil 2008

Hello,

I can't seem to install Civil 2008 on my computer. It starts the
installation and then it stops with this message:

This installation is forbidden by a system policy. Contact your
administrator. D:\suppor\SAMreport-Lite\Java 2 Rumtime Environment, SE
v1.4.2_04.msi

Anybody else have this problem? I can't seem to find anything under the
system security policies that would do this.

Do you have Administrative rights? I believe you need to be signed on as
one.

Thanks for the info Richard. I was getting the same error message when I attempted to install 2008 on my computer.
