Inserting a Point of a curve in an alignment

I am a fairly new user to C3D so this may seem simple.

Can I insert a point on an alignment at a particular Station?

Yes you can use the point command and next use the station offset 'SO transparent command:

1. select an alignment,

2. set the chosen station,

3. set the offset

Do you mean a COGO point or an angle point? To insert a deflection point (PI), select the alignment, RT click (or go to the contextual Ribbon) and select Edit Geometry. There you will see a tool to insert a PI.
