In my Civil 3d 2010 when i want to list line or arc from iquiry tool

I'm not getting any info, only blank spots.

Please, help.

Not sure what info you are looking for. If you want inof on basic linework use properties or the list command (li).

The Inquiry Tool behaves in a somewhat-odd fashion...  Once it's been launched, you often have to cllick on the right place in the Inquiry Tool palette to get it to act as you may expect.

That's one of the reasons I created this (third-party) tool, which lets you get a lot of the same info by simply hovering the cursor over your item-of-interest...:

Jeff, Christopher, and I are all "real life users" of C3D, and create things like this because we find they are much simpler/faster than what we get "out of the box" with C3D (much of the OOTB functionality is very powerful, but we like to think we help make it "even better", helping to turn C3D into the most-powerful Civil app you can find ANYWHERE...).
