Importing Breaklines file (.flt)

I am trying to import the breaklines which is stored in a text file (A comma Delimed FIle with Point #, Northing, Easting, Elevation, and a code 0 for a continuation or 1 for end of breakline). It is exactly the same like the file I used to import the points except that the last data is a 0 or a 1 for end of line indication.

Civil 3D does not accept it and requires an ASCII with a .flt extention.

I changed the extension to .flt, but it said that there are no breaklines in the file.

I searched everywhere for the meaning of .flt but I found no details.

Please help.

Thnaks.
