I am importing WSDOT DGN files into Civil 3D without much problem. However, when I look at the coordinates in the lower left corner of the screen, the coordinate numbers are negative. In the map import dialogue, I've been assigning the Washington State SPC as a coordinate system. Any ideas about why I am getting negative coordinates and how to fix?
