Import a microstaion v8i dgn with cells into a dwg file

Hello,

I am currently using autocad civil 3d version 12 sp 4 and would like some suggestions how to fix the following:

I basically have a microstation v8i dgn file with various standard cells from microstation (flow line arrows etc). When

importting the file over all the flow line arrows are pointing in the wrong direction and not in the correct location.

Is this a know problem with cells
