I confess; I did a pavement rehab job for 18,000 LF of residential roads replacing aprons , ped ramps and overlay. I made some really bad mistakes in my profiles and had an abomination start to unfold in the field. (I bid the job to soon).

Well I had the opportunity to make the adjustments and THANKS to the dynamic wonder of civil3d I was able to update my sheets with very little effort. If I was using LDD it would have taken weeks not two days.

Nice to hear these stories.  Just like anything else, it has its problems, but overall it can get the job done pretty well.

Now if we could all just get that one job to prove to management they made a good investment....
