Please, can anybody help me what does the indicated (end of arrow) sign or icon means?

Your drawing has entered into level of detail mode.  Turn it off in the view tab:

When the drawing had a lot of data in it a dialog bix will show up asking if you want to enter into the level of detail mode.  Most user click Ok without reading the box.  Once they're in they will notice that some items appear at certain zoom levels while others disabppear.
