Was a subassembly that supports Superelevation used?

Is "Use Superelevation" set in the the Subassembly properties?

Be sure that the subassembly is using ‘super elevation’ see attachment.

In your caption I see the Assembly type is set to  "Other". Try setting it to "Undivided Crowned Road".

Now everything is good, the problem were, that I had forgotten to set the Lane super elevation, and only set the super elevation of the shoulder. see attached.
