How to: SheetSet; Associate a Model View with an Unassociated Sheet View?

I'm stumbling through Sheetset Model Views and Sheet Views to take advantage of fields in callout bubbles. I can manage pretty well now from scratch but I was wondering if there was any way to associate an unassociated Sheet View with a Model View? In other words, is there any way to change the "Association" value of a Sheet View from "No" to "Yes" or must I re-create each Model View - Sheet View pair in existing drawings?

No, the association is created only by dragging a whole drawing, or named model space view from the Resource Drawings Tab to a Sheet associated with the current Sheet Set. Sorry for the bad news. Check out Heidi Hewett's Sheets Happen for a good SSM resource.
