How to import .rxl files?

Does anybody know if there is a way to get an rxl file into AutoCAD? I would really appreciate the help.

.rxl is the extender of the Seetrax Ranger pcb CAD system. It contains the pcb profile, parts list and wiring list as well as a circuit diagram (if you're lucky). It is possible to export the profile as DXF and load this into Autocad. The parts / wiring can be saved as pure text files from Ranger itself. Hope that helped. Sorry for late message reply - only just saw it.
