how to import points from dwg file?

how can i import points from the attached dwg file? tanx

I'm not entirely sure what you need here.  There are no points in that file, only AECC_Contours.

 

I'm going to assume you want a surface.  In which case, there is no need for points.  Explode those contours and define them as contours in Civil 3D.

thank you. 

i am to do a road uni project and need to creat alignment and profiles.

i know nothing about C3D and am following tutorials of the software.

 

i do not need points? these contour lines are enough? can C3D identify there lines? how exactly (menus please) could i have surface from these contours?

I cannot help but bring this up.  If you are doing this for "funzies" is one thing, but if this is some kind of a billable project I can see problems from a client based on your limited knowledge.
