how to get to "cogo input dialog box" - I dont use the ribbon , using c3d2012 64

I want to try the point inverse report but I am stumped on how to get

to this dialog box?

I type 'cogo' and get to a cogo traverse box but nothing shows up about inverse report.

Is there a non-ribbon method?

Im so green at the ribbon that I type "ribbon" but still cant find it

You can use that COGO dialog to get the report you want.

Easy way I have found is to draw a polyline through the points in the inverse. Snap to the nodes.

Type COGO.

Upper left is an icon for Load Traverse from Polyline. The inverse data will fill the bottom of the dialog.

Back at the top, be sure it says No Adjustment in the Adjustment and Balance Rules pulldown. The next button to the right is Display Traverse Adjustment and Closure Reports. Because you selected No Adjustment, this will be an inverse of  your points.

Thanks,  but I need point numbers in my report to satisfy the County surveyor.
