How to edit a pipe wall thickness (Civil 3D 2009 SP4)

Is it possible to edit the pipe wall thickness in parts builders. I have no problem getting into parts builder, My paramaters configuration Data storage is set to table and can edit the values of the wall thicknesses. I save my edit and run a :partscatalogregen". I updated my parts list, I tried swaping out the part, I've tried deleting and adding the new pipe. How can I get my new pipe thickness to hold? What do I need to do the make this work?

TIA,

Paul

how to edit any sizes
