How to change the insertion point of the concrete box culvert

How do i change the insertion point of the box culvert from center to its extreme side? I would like its alignment parallel to the face of my curb. I attached sample drawing below. I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if it's possible, but if it you'd need to modify it by using part builder. John Evans has a series of posts on how to use part builder on his blog and you might find some other posts on other people's blog as well through a Google search.
