how do I mask parcel corners in civil 3d 2008

I would like to mask the corners of a PARCEL so the
point label stands out.

I can't find out how to do this using the
autocad and civil 3d help files

I've been using wipeout but I was hoping a parcel could be defined with
wipeout at all corners, anglepoint and POC

When I create my setout points on the parcel corners I use a wipeout circle for the point style. It plots as a circle, and wipes out other linework as well in addition to parcels segments, and I can see exactly where I have created points and where not.

We've been using a point style with a circle solid-hatched with color "255" which also works.
