D,
Just curious, but why would you want to?
The way you show looks pretty good. Create a point with a Northing/Easting point label. Bam. Done.
4-sided or circular parcels would be easy to find center, but deciding where center is on those two irregular parcels would be a challenge.

Neil,
That's cool! I'd never heard of a Centroid before. Thanks for the link.

Horizontalcurveguy is correct, the Parcel labels are placed at the centroid of the Parcel.
There doesn't appear to be any information for the centroid available in Parcel Properties or the various Parcel label styles.
One work around, although not the most automated, is to create a "Note Label".
When placing the Note Label, simply use the node osnap of any Parcel Label (which annotates the Centroid of the parcel).
I've attached a 2014 tutorial dwg with an example note label.

See the Map help file for how to create centroids for polygons.

Just to put this out there, the Map tools do not locate the true centroid of the polygon as the point it creates is ALWAYS within the polygon (which makes sense for maps). The true centroid most definitely can lie outside of the polygon.
If you want the true centroid of a shape (mathematically defined, not map magic) you need to use the AutoCAD REGION command. Create a region from your polygon and then use the MASSPROP command on the region. This will give you the coordinates of the true centroid.
Also, in the testing I've done, the parcel label does not show up in the same location as the Map Centroid.
