I got a .dwg file from my colleague but there is problem our northing and easting order is different, its like that X.200 Y:100 but what I want is X:100 Y:200.How can I change it without uploading points from the begening?

Gtan,

Without "uploading points from the beginning", I'm not sure. Here's what I'd do. Export points from your source drawing using a PENZD file format. Then import those points into a new drawing using a PNEZD file format. Or vice-versa.

I agree with @Pointdump . It sounds like a PENZD file was imported as a PNEZD file or vice-versa. Thus switching the Northing and Easting. There's nothing that can be done about that without reimporting using he correct format.
