Horizontal Axis Tick Marks??

see the image where I circled the vertical axis tick marks?  I want the same kind of tick marks along the horizontal axis, how to do this?  have been searching over an hour now?!  thanks 🙂

In the SectionView style:

And be sure the ticks are set to display:
