Help with Expressions in label

Need help on writing an expressions in a label style. I have part of it working, it is {Rim to Sump Height}-6 now I would like it to put 0 if it is 0 or less but I don't know how to do it.  It works great on positive number but I want it to put 0 if it is a negative number.

Maybe

MAX(0, ({Rim to Sump Height}-6))

IF( {Rim to Sump Height}-6>0,  {Rim to Sump Height}-6 , 0)

((SQRT(SQR( {Rim to Sump Height}-6)))+( {Rim to Sump Height}-6))/2

I have another label I have not been able to figure out.  How to label two differnt point on one alingment,  Like Sta 2+50 to 3+25 in one label.  any ideas?
