I thought I'd check out the layer standards stuff. When I opened the Layer Properties Manager, clicked on Layer Standards, then click on a Standard, then Edit, you finally get to the Layer Standard Properties Dialog Box.
From here I wasn't sure what to do, so I clicked the giant Help button on the bottom right. I then get the AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014 - Help to open to a page that says, "The Page You Were Looking for Was Not Found".
How does something like this happen? How does Autodesk let the software go for half a year with broken help links?
There are only a few million links (well maybe a bit of an exageration). Can you imagine being the poor fool that has to click help links all day to make sure they work. Not only must they work, but they must point to the correct file. I could see falling asleep on that task.

Under the Layer Properties Manager, the first button on the toolbar at the top is Layer Standards.
Sorry,
I am not seeing it. Of course it would not be the first time I missed something right in front of my nose.
Classic case of apples and oranges. I am in C3d 2013 and it is not there in that version.
Big DUH over here.

Anyone ever figure out where the help is for this?

I gave up. It also wasn't fixed with SP1 or any other patch so far. It'll probably never be fixed knowing how Autodesk works.
