What is an MCA graduate?

My main point would be that Civil and Revit Architecture are based completely in 2 differing disciplines.

Archtiectural

Civil engineering.

So, I would try to gain some proficiency with Basic Autocad. Then I would pick a discipline to deploy my skills in and master that proficiency second.

Best of luck. It is not impossible because many have done it. Just start small and don't tackle too much at once.

Microsoft Certified Architect?  Architect in this context not being "building" but in managing enterprise-level software products.

I guess to answer your question, I would reccomend anyone learning civil 3d to take advantage of eaglepoints two week free trial found here:

http://www.eaglepoint.com/products/pinnacleseries/psbe.html

I really like the way the book series "Mastering Autocad Civil3d 20##" by James Wedding & Scott McEachron introduces civil 3d.

and last but not least I would subscribe to the forums rss feeds that interest you.

Thanks,
Dave
