Have I missed something?

Got this message when opening a dwg today - have I missed the trumpets and fanfares for the 2015 release?Smiley Frustrated

Was it a drawing you created and saved or one sent to you by someone else?  By any chance have you been beta testing?

It was one sent by someone who had to convert it to an earlier version

Thanks for this Jeff I thought I had seen it somewhere before.
I could select the Proxy Objects but couldn't erase them; I'm trying to source the original Civil drawing
