Grading in parcels

Hi, I am designing the terrain for a residential project. Right now, after created the parcels for each one of the lots, I have to adequate the lots in a sloped terrain and each of the lots has a different level regarding the next or previous lot and the final profile should look like a stair. I hope the attached picture would help. I made those representations in autocad but to obtain volume information I need to make the parcels graded at different levels and be able to work with them as civil 3d entities.

Have you considered using Feature Lines to represents the various parcel elevations? Put them in a separate site from the parcels or the grading can get screwy.
