Ghost TIN lines to Origin

I have a corridor surface.  When I start the 3d orbit command tin lines appear from my corridor to the origin point (0,0,0).

These ghost tin lines also get rendered in different views.  But they will not show up unless I'm in 3d orbit command so I cannot find a way to edit the tin and delete them.

Any suggestions on how I can remove?

Thanks,

HC

I've seen this be caused by a fault in the assembly or the target that causes an undercut condition along the curb line. Where are those TIN line originating from? Also what version of Civil 3D are you using?

I am using C3D 2011 32-bit.

The ghost tin lines originate from a "slope to surface" subassembly.

I've tried turning on all elements in the suface style (points, triangles, etc.).

I've also removed the boundary.  Yet the tin lines will only appear in the 3d orbit command or a 3D view.
