Geotechnics Module 2015 : Import Error

Hello , I have problem about Geotechincs Module 2015 in AutoCAD Civil3D 2015.
when i try to click "Import" in module it shown error message below "Unable to connect to the database"

i try to re-install the module and try to delete C:\ProgramData\Keynetix

but cannot fix probem.

Help me please

Hi,

do you have Map 3D 2015 installed on the same computer and do you have Service Pack 3 applied?

If so, please uninstall Service Pack 3 and let me know if that solved the issue.
(Windows Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> View installed updates (top left))

UPDATE:

I uninstalled Map 3D Service Packs 2 and 3 and the Geotechnical module now works.

I know this is only a temporary fix as you may well require those SP's

I'll update as I discover more.
