Geotechnical Module 2013 uninstall

I have an old version of Geotechnical Module (2013) running inside Civil3d 2014.

I want it uninstalled.

I click in Program and Functions>Geotechnical Module 2013>Uninstall.

It returns an error code 2343.

Can I uninstall it manually?

If so, where do I look?

It is causing a project file to crash and this is costing me time and money.

I would try going into the CUI and remove the Partial Cui file.

Here are the common locations the plugins are installed. You'll find the .bundle folder for the Geotechnical add in at the first location.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
