Geolocation Image not Loading in Civil 3d 2015

Our roads and aerial images have quit working and are no longer working.  All the CAD users in our office are experiencing the same thing. 

 

Any thoughts?

If you mean Live Maps, does the 360 sign in at top of screen always appear as though they are signed in.

 

Like they can't sign out?

They have signed in and signed out a nubmer of times.

If it's that they can't seem to sign out at all then have them give This a try.

We are in the same boat.  Earlier today they all just stopped working.  I have tried on multiple computers and I can't get them to load.  Additionally, I've opened drawings where I have a captured area, the area shows but I can't update it.

 

I've tried logging out of 360 and back in which doesn't work.  Also restarting which isn't working.

Same thing. Also tried unhiding the dialog box popup that asks you if you want to use online data. Manually clicked yes in that and still nothing.

 

You're in Alaska? (907Trekker) I'm in Alaska, too. Maybe this is more than a coincidence. Did we just get Arby's Meal Deal'ed outta the good stuff?

 

(Because fast food meal deals in 'Murica exclude Alaska and Hawaii, see?)

907 is the area code for all of Alaska. Maybe 907Trekker and I were just the last ones at work last night. But maybe not. You aren't in Alaska, are you, Sybold?

Same here...in Northern California...checked Bing Maps...they show up in browser...A360 is working just no mapping info showing in the .dwgs...WEIRD!!!

Yes, I am in Alaska...  the area code thing gives it away to those who would know.  For some reason I didn't get the email that anybody replied.

 

It still isn't working this morning.  Now if I open a drawing that has a bing image captured and try to reload it the whole thing crashes. 

 

I have tried other coordinate systems for other states with no luck.  Used serveral computers and several different 360 user accounts.  Logged out / in, restarted, etc. 

 

FYI - Chili's won't do the 2 for $20 up here either!  Just awful.

 

Don't suppose anybody has a nice orthophoto of Kwigillingok?

Just tested in 2014 & 2015 and it's not working at all here in the Midwest either.

 

Has anyone filed a support ticket with subscription yet to see what they say about it?

We have been having the same issues.  Everything worked on Wednesday but now in the same drawing we cannot get the images to show up
