Our roads and aerial images have quit working and are no longer working. All the CAD users in our office are experiencing the same thing.
Any thoughts?

If you're banking on the images like I was, a temporary solution would be to install a 3rd party software plug in called Cad-Earth (www.cad-earth.com). Images can be georeferenced in but unless you pay for the software, you'll have the software name watermarked in the background. I'm almost inclined to purchase a license because of the extra fuctionality and options it provides.

Is anybody else using cad-earth? I checked out the website. Looks pretty cool!
rrustan this is a good question...
Do you now about a software that you can import points with elevation ??
To get surface elevations, LiDAR data is becoming available. Check county or state web sites and USGS web sites for LiDAR data.
Much of what I've used was flown in 2011 or 2012. Pretty recent stuff and the detail is great!
Works well as point clouds or when brought in as GIS raster data with MAP3D.
But you get different formats from different places. Each download and import is a learning experience.
Big packets of data too. Gigs.
For what it's worth, my Bing Maps isn't working either.
I'm glad I didn't present my lunch & learn this week!
Hopefully they'll have it fixed by the 7th.
Glad to see it's Microsoft's fault and not Autodesk's.
Makes one nervous about relying on these types of things...
thank you hardin i'll see it... do you know if works in brazil??
Here we have a lot of bad "geo work's"............ And it's a good work's area , here in são paulo.
